No. Of days taken by 12 men =24
And 15 women =24
Work done by 1 man =24/12=2days
Work done by 1 women =24/15 =8/5 days
Now, no of women =8 and men=8
Days taken by women to do same work =8/5*8=64/5=12.8days
Days taken by man to do same work =2*8=16
Therefore man takes 16 days to complete same work and women takes 12.8days to complete same work
And 15 women =24
