Now, She went 4 floors up to submit her reports.

So,

→ from 25th floor she went 4 floor up = 25 + 4 = On 29th floor she submit her reports.

Now, given that, she went 6 floors down to attend a meeting.

we can say that, now she is on 29th floor . and she comes down 6 floors to attand a meeting .

Therefore,

→ Meeting is at = 29 - 6 = 23rd floor (Option B) (Ans.)

Hence, Meeting is at 23rd floor.
