We have to find the average height of student in the class.

Average height is calculated by dividing sum of heights of all students by total number of students in the class

Now, average height of the class = $\frac{\text { sum of heights of students in the class }}{\text { number of students in class }}$

Average height = $\frac{1400}{12} = \frac{350}{3}$ = 116.67 approximately.

Hence, the average height of the class is 116.67 cm.
