12. The marked price of a mobile phone is * 15000. A dealer gives discounts to its
customers as per the following slab:
(i) if only one mobile phone is purchased at a time, then discount is 5%.
(ii) if two mobile phones are purchased at a time, then 5% discount on the first and
10% discount on the second phone.
(iii) if three mobile phones are purchased at a time, then 5% discount on the first,
10% discount on the second and 15% discount on the third phone.
If a customer purchases three mobile phones at a time, how much money
should he pay to the dealer ?​

I) 15000 × 5/100= 750

price of mobile after cash discount = 15000-750

=14250

ii)original price of two phone = 15000+15000

= 30000

cash discount on 1st phone = 750

cash discount on 2nd phone = 15000×10/100

1500

now , price of phone are 14250 & 13500

total = 27,750

iii) discount on 1st phone = 750

discount on 2nd phone = 1500

discount on 3rd phone = 2250

total discount = 4500

total original price of 3 phone are = 15000+15000+15000

= 45000

now, original price - after cash discount

45000-4500

= 40500
