The best way for finding prime numbers is by factorisation method.

.......

Examples :

Take a number, say, 26577 .

The Unit digit of this number is not 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8 .

Now take the sum of digits which will be : 2 + 6 + 5 + 7 + 7 = 27 ,

Since, 27 is divisible by 3 , 26577 is not a prime number.
