Given no 10x+y

x+y=12 --------(1)

no obtained by interchanging digits

10y+x

according to problem

10y+x= 10x+y +18

on solving y-x =2-----(2)

add equation 1 and 2

2y =14

y=7

put y =2 in equation 1 or 2

x = 5

hence the no is 10x+y= 10*5+7=57
