So, from the indirect speech, 'had' will change to 'have' in both the sentences.  From the sentence, 'if' should be removed from the first sentence and 'that' from the second sentence because it is not to be used while changing the sentence into direct speech. It should seem like a direct conversation with the teacher. Therefore, it's called DIRECT SPEECH.
