area \: of \: bigger \: circle = 2\pi {r}^{2}  \\  = 2 \times  \frac{22}{  7} \times 14 \times 14 \\  = 1232 {cm}^{2}   \\ also \:  \\ area \: of \ smaller \: circle = 2\pi {r}^{2}  \\ 2  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 \\  = 616 {cm}^{2}  \\  \\  \\  \\ area \: of \: region \: between \: them = (1232 - 616) = 616 {cm}^{2}  \\
