3, 4 and 5 are forming a Pythagorean Triplet

Explanation:

There are two ways to verify whether (3, 4, 5) is a Pythagorean Triplet.

so, Let's Verify

Method 1

Since a Pythagorean Triplet have numbers in following forms

2x, x² - 1 and x² + 1

Suppose if 2x = 4 from (3, 4, 5)

Therefore we could say x = 2

Therefore by applying the value of x in other forms of Pythagorean Triplet we get

(2)²-1 = 4 - 1 = 3

Here in the above equation we observe that we get one of the value from the given Triplet i.e 3

Now we are moving towards third form

(2)² + 1 = 4 + 1 = 5

Here we see that we got another value matching with one Number to our given Triplet

Here we now come to Conclusion that (3, 4, 5) is a Pythagorean Triplet

since all it's values are in form as Pythagorean Triplet usualy do. i.e

2x = 4

x² - 1 = 3

& x² +1 = 5

That is how I Verified it in First Shot....

Now we are in need to move towards the

Method 2

We can check whether the given Triplet follows the Pythagoras theorem

x² + y² = z²

where x = 3,

y = 4,

& z = 5

So, in order to verify if the given Triplet suites this theorem We need to verify whether

LHS = RHS

where LHS = x² + y²

RHS = z²

therefore we get

LHS = 3² + 4⁴

= 9 + 16

= 25

RHS = 5²

= 25

Here we get LHS = RHS

Thus we can say the given Triplet (3, 4, 5) follows the Pythagoras Theorem.

and Therefore (3, 4, 5) is a Pythagorean Triplet....

Hope I made it clear....
