Whatever decisions are being taken have to be approved by the members of the legislative assembly. In a democratic political system, these members can ask questions. The debates on important issues in the Legislative Assembly are necessary in order to decide where money should be spent and how much should be spent. The decisions are taken after the debates for the benefit of the entire people.
