days to work with 4 workers(x)=12×10/4
                                            =30
required days =>  30-10=20
therefore 20 more days would be required.

1/3rd of workers =4
it is a case of inverse variation
so 12×10=4×x
⇒120=4x
⇒x=30
so 30 more days are required.
