In increasing order first we have to write smallest integer ,then next .

so,

→ smallest integer among 7.5, 5.4. 6.5, 1.5 = 1.5

then,

→ next small integer = 5.4

then,

→ Increasing order will be = 1.5 < 5.4 < 6.5 < 7.5 = 1.5, 5.4 , 6.5 and 7.5 (Ans.)

(ii) - 10,- 8, 6, -2

As we know that,

• On number line , negative number on left hand side are smaller .

so,

→ Increasing order of - 10,- 8, 6, -2 = - 10 < - 8 < - 2 < 6 = -10, -8, -2 , 6 . (Ans.)
