 \frac{12000 \times (100 +  \frac{10}{100}) }{100}  \\  =  \frac{12000 \times (100 + 0.1)}{100}  \\  =  \frac{12000 \times 100.1}{100}  \\  = 120 \times 100.1 \\  = 12012
