The correct answer is 2.

Given: The equation = 121=100(1+\frac{10}{100} )^{x}.

To Find: The value of x.

Solution:

121=100(1+\frac{10}{100} )^{x}

\frac{121}{100} =(1+\frac{10}{100} )^{x}

(\frac{11}{10} )^{2} =(1+\frac{10}{100} )^{x}

(\frac{11}{10} )^{2} =(1+\frac{1}{10} )^{x}

(\frac{11}{10} )^{2} =(\frac{10+1}{10} )^{x}

(\frac{11}{10} )^{2} =(\frac{11}{10} )^{x}

As the base is same. So we can compare powers.

x = 2

Hence, the value of x is 2.
