1225 plants are to be planted in a garden in such a way that each row contains as many plants as the number of rows. Find the number of rows and the number of plants in each row.

No. Of plants = 1225 plants.

No. Of rows = square root of 1225

Square root of 1225 = 35

Therefore, there are 35 rows.

Assume the number of trees to be the equal to same variable.

Let consider the number trees in a row = X

∴ X² = 1225

X= √1225

{ 1225 =5 ×5×7×7}

=5×7

=35

Ans :- The number of rows and the number of plants in each row will be 35
