Mixture will be more of acidic nature.

◆ Explaination -

Both solutions are of same amount, thus solution will be of nature of higher w/w solution.

As HCl solution has higher w/w conc. (10 %) than that of NaOH soln (8 %), mixture will be more of acidic nature.
