there are three isotopes of carbon they are carbon 12 carbon, 13 carbon and carbon 14. all these three have atomic numbers ( 6 ) but their atomic masses 12, 13 and 14 and the number of neutron they have are 6,7 and 8.carbon 12 and carbon 13 are stable but carbon 14 is Radioactive in nature.
