Answer is 55 g

Explanation:

Generally,

when C +O2 = CO2

then their weights are C=12 , O2 =32 & CO2 = 44

Now

if , 32 g of O2 is used => CO2 = 44

then, 40g of O2 is used => CO2= ?

= 44×40÷32

= 55g
