today we have Democracy! A society in which the media control everything, including all political activity! Big business use the media to get humanity to demand actions which benefit Big business the most; which means constant warfare! We are perpetually reminded that we are Free, while the society we're forced to live in slowly destroys our world.
Democracy is an absolute farce: We live in a two-party-dictatorship, where both parties receive their instructions from Big Business (the Media are Big Business) and the only group which genuinely benefits are the super-rich, at the cost of everybody else!
Then, when everything falls apart, as Capitalism will do periodically, there is an almighty genocidal global conflict which resets the whole system. I do wish that humanity would wake up to this situation.
