Let's rearrange in such a way that we will get a meaningful name of boy .

first remove ' / ' symbol.

then we get, 13 01 2000

now, make group of two numbers ,

e.g., 13 01 20 00

if we assume this number just shows alphabet.
then, 13 => M , 01 => A , 20 = T , 00 = nothing
we get, MAT { this is not a name }

let's again try, reverse the number such that it follows below arrangement.
e.g., 00 20 01 13

now, TAM { it is also not a name }

we understand we have to do something new.

if we write 00 20 01 13 like as 00TAM
and 00 seems like OO
then, OOTAM it sounds like उतम or you can say उत्तम

oh yes , उत्तम is a nice name . it comes directly from Sanskrit which means best . very positive words. usually Indian parents name their child.

so, I think answer should be उत्तम

According to me this is a very interesting puzzle.

In this puzzle we need to find out the name of a boy.

Here we have a hint like a date 13/1/2000

13 th LETTER  of alphabet is M

1 ST LETTER of alphabet is A

20th Letter of alphabet is T

But since MAT IS NOT A PROPER NAME,we may reverse the hint

here we get a good name
