1) To find candidates who all have obtained more than 69 percent marks and above in both Written examination & interview.

Answer:  From the above table of interview marks,

The written marks will be 210 which is 70% in between 300.

Now, the 260 & above for written & 70 & above for the interview is 4.

210- 259 for the written & 70 & above for the interview is 9.

Therefore, 4+9 =13

2) To find candidates who have obtained above 50 in both written & interview.

Answer:

From the above , table we can understand that,

42% of 1000 is 420.

Therefore, the total number of candidates above 50% who have marks in interview is

414(298+82+34)

Is total of overall 41.4% secured successfully.
