( {1}^{3} + {2}^{3} + {4}^{3} ) - \frac{3}{2} \\ = (1 + 8 + 64) - \frac{3}{2} \\ = 73 - \frac{3}{2} \\ = \frac{73 \times 2 - 3}{2} \\ = \frac{146 - 3}{2} \\ = \frac{143}{2}\\ = 71.5

Answer: (1+8+64) - 3/2 = 73 - 3/2

= (146-3)/2 = 143/2 = 71.5

Here I have directly written the cubes of 1, 2,4.

Hope it helps
