  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

              Given data:- 13-7x=3x-17.

              To find:- Value of the expression.

              Solution:-

  • Here we will use the transposition method.
  • Transposition is one of the linear equations.
  • To solve the transposition method we wi.ll Identify the variables and constants.
  • Then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.

        we get,

             13-7x=3x-17\\=>13-7 x=3 x-17 \\=>-7 x+13=3 x-17\\=>-7 x=3 x-17-13\\=>-7x=3x-30\\=>-7x-3x=-30\\=>-10x=-30\\=>x=\frac{-30}{-10} \\=>x=3.

      Hence we will get the value x=3.

In accordance with the information provided in the question,

We have find the value of the supplied expression in the above question.

Given the data in question 13-7x=3x-17

Hence, for solving the above equation, we will solve it by separating the like terms at one side.

So, we will shift 13 from LHS to RHS,

So, we will shift 3x from RHS to LHS

So, we will get it as,

\Rightarrow 13-7x=3x-17\\\Rightarrow -7x-3x=-17-13\\\Rightarrow -10x=-30\\\Rightarrow \frac{-30}{-10} \\\Rightarrow x=3

Hence, value of "x" in above equation will be 3.
