Total Surface Area of cylindrical water tank=

 = 2\pi \: r(h + r)

r = 7m, h = 3m

 = 2\pi(7)(7 + 3)

 =2\pi(7)(10)

 = 140\pi

 = 439.88 {m}^{2}

Rate of painting 1m^2 = Rs. 10

Rate of painting 439.88m^2 =

 = 439.88 \times 10

 = rs \: 4398.8

Cost of painting will be Rs. 4398.8
