Step-by-step explanation:

CP of 15 articles =Rs112.50

∴ CP of 1 article =Rs

15

112.50

=Rs7.50

SP of 12 articles =Rs108

∴ SP of 1 article =Rs

12

108

=Rs9

∴ Profit =Rs9−Rs7.5=Rs1.50

(i)∴ Profit%=

7.5

1.5

×100=20%

(ii) CP of 50 article =Rs50×7.5=Rs375

and, SP of 50 article =Rs9×50=Rs450

∴ Profit =SP−CP=Rs450−Rs375=Rs75

Answer:

i)20%

ii)50 ariticles

Step-by-step explanation:

CP of each article =Rs.112.50/15=7.5

SP of each article=Rs.108/12=9

Therefore, Gain per Article =Rs. 9-7.5=1.5

Gain Percent = 1.5/7.5*100%=20%

Now,New Profit=75 Rs.

If By Selling One Article,He makes a profit of 1.5,then, by to make a profit of 75 rs. he should sell,

1/1.5*75= 50 articles.
