\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\;to\;the\;Question}}}}

Assumption,

Original duration = p days

So,

Situation,

4200/p - 4200/(p + 3) = 70

4200{1/p - 1/(p - 3)} = 70

(p + 3) - p/p(p + 3) = 70/4200

p(p + 3) = 180

p² + 3p - 180 = 0

Now,

Splitting the middle term,

p² + 15p - 12p - 180 = 0

p(p + 15) - 12(p + 15) = 0

(p + 15)(p - 12) = 0

p + 15 = 0

p = -15 (Negative value is not accepted)

p - 12 = 0

p = 12

So,

p = 12

Therefore,

Original duration of tour = 12 days
