displacement = 60m

time = 20s

acc due to gravity = on 1kg is 10N

1) force =  100 * 10

           =   1000N

therefore , work done = force × displacemnt

                                    =   1000 × 60

                                     =   60,000 J

2)   potential energy stored in water = mgh

                                                           = 100 × 10 × (60 ÷ 1000)

                                                            =    60 J

3)   power spent by the pump =     work/time

                                                     =  60,000/20

                                                     =    3000Js⁻
