let the height of cylinder =h

Radius = r

According to the question,

height of cone = h

radius = r

volume of cylinder = πr^2h

Volume of cone = 1/3 πr^2h

» Volume of cylinder / Volume of cone = (πr^2h)/(1/3πr^2h) = 3

Therefore, 3 cones are required.
