Let x be the mass of solution.

Given that urea is 15 % by mass of solution.

Urea = 15% of x = 0.15 x

Solvent = x - 0.15x = 0.85 x

Mass percentage of urea w.r.t. solvent will be -

Mass percentage = mass of urea / mass of solvent × 100

Mass percentage = 0.15x / 0.85x × 100

Mass percentage = 17.64 % of solvent

Therefore, percentage of urea w.r.t. solvent is 17.64 %.
