Brihadeeswarar Temple:
Also called Peruvudaiyar Kovil, the temple is dedicated to the Hindu god - Lord Shiva. It is located in the Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu and was built by the Chola ruler - Raja Raja Chola I and comes under the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The temple is one of the largest temples of India that follows the Tamil architectural style.

The Reserve Bank of India [RBI] was actually established in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal in the year 1935 but the quarters were later moved to Mumbai in 1937.
