By The Form of :-

ax² + bx + c = 0

So Here..,

a = k , b = 6 , c = 10

ᐃ = b² - 4ac

⠀⠀⠀

Since The Rules Are Equal..,

⠀⠀⠀

Discriminant = b² - 4ac = 0.

⠀⠀⠀

∴ b² - 4ac = 0

∴ 6² - 4 × k × 10 = 0

∴ 36 - 40k = 0

∴ - 40k - 36 = 0

∴ k = ( - 40 ) ÷ ( - 36 )

k = 10/9
