17 cos 0 = 15

cos 0 = 15/17

sin² 0 = 1 - cos²0

sin²0 = 1 - (15/17)²

sin 0 = root over( 1 - 225/289)

sin 0 = root over {(289-225)/289}

sin 0 = 8/17

Therefore, tan 0 = sin 0/cos 0= (8/17)/(15/17) = 8/15

sec 0 = 1/cos 0 = 1/(15/17) = 17/15

tan 0 + 2 sec 0= 8/15 + 2× (17/15)

or, tan 0 + 2 sec 0 = 8/15 + 34/15 = 42/15(ans)
