Ans13 :- Flexibility in labour laws will help companies in being competitive and progressive. By easing up on labour laws, company heads can negotiate wages and terminate employment, depending on market conditions. This will lead to an increase in the company’s competitiveness.

Ans14 :- Foreign investment :-

Flows of capital from one nation to another in exchange for significant ownership stakes in domestic companies or other domestic assets. Typically, foreign investment denotes that foreigners take a somewhat active role in management as a part of their investment.

foreign direct investment :-

A Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is a controlling ownership in a business enterprise in one country by an entity based in another country.
