                  it is in the form of (a+b)(a-b)=a2-b2

                   x2-16(now divide this with polynomial)

x2-16)x3-3x2+0x+2(x-3
          x3        -16x

         0-3x2+16x+2 
           -3x2         +48

                    16x-46

the quotient is x-3
so
x-3=0
x=3
