(3)45...because the angle is not a central angle so it measures only half of 90

Given : AB is the diameter of the circle

To Find :  value of ∠ ACD

(1) 30°

(2) 60°

(3) 45°

(4) 25°

Solution:

AB  is Diameter  and O is center

∠BOD = 90°

Hence ∠AOD = 90°  ( linear Pair)

∠ACD = (1/2) ∠AOD   ( Angle by same chord/Arc AD)

∠ACD = (1/2) 90°

=> ∠ACD =  45°
