i cant answer the first one as i have never seen this poem before but i can answer the others for you

(2) the poet does not want to talk about tomorrow because he don't want to leave everything for the next day instead he wants to do everything he can do today.

(3) nothing can be accomplished if you skip your work and leave it on tomorrow.

(4) "throw the hours away" means wasting time and doing nothing when you can do alot.
