13. Students of class 8 were preparing a temporary Mount of cheek cells. In a haste to complete his work quickly, one of the students scrap the inner side of his cheek with the help of a toothpick and rubbed it in the centre of a glass slide. Replace the cover sleep on it and started observing the slide under the microscope but he was unable to see boundaries of different parts of each cells clearly. a) What may be the reason for this? b) Name any two parts of the the cheek cell which can be seen under a microscope in this slide. (1+1) OR If we remove the nucleus of a cell, write any two functions that will get affected. ​

There are two reasons behind this :

(1) Because of air Bubbles would have filled the cavity of coverslip and the cell organelles were not visible in the microscope.

(2) Because he/she had overstated the mount
