in part (c) genetic material will be present. it is nucleus.
if b is given as mitochondria (which i am not sure because of clarity of diagram), then it also has mitochondrial DNA.
The human egg cell will have one set of chromosomes i.e. Haploid set. (in a normal body cell we have two sets of chromosomes, i.e. diploid set).
gene - it is a particular segment of DNA which is responsible for the inheritance and expression of a character.
characters such as eye colour, widow's peak, rolling of tongue, skin colour, etc. are controlled by genes.
