The figure below shows three cylindrical copper conductors along with their face areas and lengths. The correct answer is (b).

Since the conductor is made from the same material that is copper it's resistivity will be same. Resistivity is defined as the resistance per unit length of the conductor. Resistance is defined as the obstruction offered by the electrons to the flow of current.
