Answer:

let the sides be 2x, 3x, 4x and, 5x so

according to question :-

2x+3x+4x+5x = 70

14x = 70

x = 70/14 = 5

now

2x = 2*5 = 10

3x = 3*5 = 15

4x = 4*5 = 20

5x = 5*5 = 25

Side B = 15 cm

Side C = 20 cm

Side D = 25 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN

Ratio = 2 : 3 : 4 : 5

Perimeter = 70 cm

___________________________

Let's take

Side A = 2x

Side B = 3x

Side C = 4x

Side D = 5x

___________________________

We know that,

Ratio are 2 : 3 : 4 : 5

Means

2x + 3x + 4x + 5x = 70 cm

14x = 70 cm

x = 70 / 14

x = 5

x = 5 cm

___________________________

Side A

We know that,

Side A = 2x

Side A = 2 × 5

Side A = 10

Side A = 10 cm

___________________________

Side B

We know that,

Side B = 3x

Side B = 3 × 5

Side B = 15

Side B = 15 cm

___________________________

Side C

We know that,

Side C = 4x

Side C = 4 × 5

Side C = 20

Side C = 20 cm

___________________________

Side D

We know that,

Side D = 5x

Side D = 5 × 5

Side D = 25

Side D = 25 cm
