13. To reach a village 110 km away Bahadur travelled three-fifth
of the way by bus four-sixteenth by
bullock cart and walked the rest of the distance. How far did Bahadur have
to walk ?

Answer:

By Bus=3/5. 110x3/5=66 km

By Bullock cart=4/16, 110x4/16

= 27.5km

Remaining dist:=110-(66+27.5)

= 110-93.50 = 6.5 km

Bahadur has to walk = 6.5km
