work is same so equating both to find the capacity,

12m+5w = 4m+3w

8m = 2w

m 2 1

w 8 4

m : w ( capacity)

1 : 4

12m+5w = 2days

4m+3w = 5 days

we have to set the work ,so we can take the work from given days by taking LCM for 2 days and 5 days

10 will be the work .

Time = work/ capacity

men capacity is 1,

time = 10/8 (1) = 1.25 days
