 \frac{13}{8}  \times  \frac{12}{13}  +  \frac{ - 4}{9}  \times  \frac{3}{ - 2}

 =  \frac{3}{2}  +  \frac{ - 4}{9}  \times  \frac{3}{ - 2}

 =  \frac{3}{2}  +  \frac{2}{3}

 =  \frac{13}{6} answer
