There should be fines and penalties for individuals and businesses that violate noise pollution norms. The government can also promote the use of noise barriers and other technologies that can reduce noise levels in our locality.

I hope that the government takes this issue seriously and takes necessary action to improve the quality of life for residents in our locality. We cannot afford to ignore the problem of noise pollution any longer.
