(x+y) (x-y)=x + y2 + 3xy [ here x+y goest to left side then it becomes x-y]

x2 - y2 = x + y2 +3xy [ here left side we have use x2 -y2 = (x+y) (x-y)]

x2 = x + 3xy [ here y2 cut from both side Lhs side and Rhs side]

x * x = x + 3xy [ here when we expand x2 square we get x*x]

x = 3xy [ here x cut from both side Lhs and Rhs side]

x = 3xy is your answer
