remainder = 32

so lets form an euqation

1365 = (31 *x) + 32

1365 = 31x + 31

1365 - 32 = 31x

1333 = 31x

x = 1333/31

x = 43

hence 43 is the  no. divisible toe get 31 quotient and 32 remainder
