13b + 20 = 9b + 2
Take b on Left and number on right
4b = -18
b = -9/2

13b+20=12b-3b+2

13b+20=9b+2

13b=9b-18

13b-9b=-18

4b=18

b=18/4 (dividing by 2)

b=9/2
