YOU CAN SOLVE IT WHEN YOU TRANSFER VARIABLE TERM IN ONE SIDE AND NUMERICAL TERM IN OTHER SIDE .

13P - 20P = - 28 + 49

-7P = 21

P= 21/-7 = - 21/7

P = -3
