Let radius of smaller circle be r

Then circumference of smaller circle =2πr

Circumference of four circles=4*2πr

=8πr

Circumference of bigger circle=circumfere of 4 circles

=8πr

Ratio=circumference of bigger circle/circumference of smaller circle

= 8πr:2πr

=4:1

Hence, ratio is 4:1
