14. A balloon starts raising from rest with acceleration
2 m/s from the ground. After 4 seconds a stone is
released from balloon. Find the displacement covered
by stone from position where from stone is released.
(Take g = 10 m/s2)
(1) 16 m
21 22.4 m caso
(3) 3.2 m
(4) 19.2 m

Finding Displacement

We have equation :-

\huge{\boxed{\sf{s \: = \:  ut \: + \: {\frac{1}{2}} \times at^2}}}

____________[Put Values]

s = 0(4) + 2(4)²/2

⇒s = 0 + 2(16)/2

⇒s = 32/2

⇒s = 16 m
